'Wind Dance' is an Irish love story about Michael and Maureen, whose hearts are joined as one and whose gift is their son, Shawn. Maureen is striving for peace in the daily struggle (the "Troubles") in Ireland. Her strong faith and her commitment to peace leads to a tragedy which becomes her legacy -- a story of enduring love fulfilled. The album, featuring vocals by Bill Monaghan and Christine Favorite, along with Joseph F.M. Pokorny and Don McCarty, includes the title song, "Wind Dance Theme", plus "You Are", "At The Wearin' Of The Green", "Faith Can Move Mountains", "An Irish Blessing", and many other songs that make the "Wind Dance Musical", an entertaining and memorable experience. The musical was written and composed by Joseph F.M. Pokorny, who also contributed his talents on the synthesizer. Bill Monaghan lends his talent with the guitar, tin flute, and recorder, as well as providing additional music arrangements -- in addition to his work in engineering and recording the music.
